I'm not sure we will go this way (the community to decide, a notive in the
related dev ML thread - "Have a README.TXT file in release package" - is
appropriate), but if we do then README.adoc should be modified too. I mean just
like the names in INSTALL. I don't mind the repetition in README.adoc, actually
I think it's good to have the repetition.
