In https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/FindShipment links to
the shipments point to screen to edit the shipment (even when the shipment has
been shipped).
This should not be, as permissions for workers (pickers/packers) may prohibit
editing the shipment. But also, when a shipment has the status 'shipped' it
should not be editable anymore.
