Added unit tests to support the effort to refactor the MacroFormRender class. Most non-trivial methods in MacroFormRenderer now have some form of unit testing. A lot more could be added, but it is very difficult to intercept program flow at the necessary points to validate correct behaviour - hence the reason why we are refactoring in the first place.
