I created this as an improvement after our [discussion on dev
ML|https://markmail.org/message/xo7uzu46gdebzapi] but it could be considered a
bug. You should not be able to order parts of products like "Tiny Chrome
Widget".
The idea it to set orderDecimalQuantity to false for all products data but
some, like Pizza, you can decide to sell parts of it.
