I guess due to some other test, shopping cart has multiple payment methods, and
as cart has multiple payment methods, order is not approved
(org/apache/ofbiz/order/shoppingcart/CheckOutHelper.java:1166)
One quick solution patch has been attached, ensuring single paymentMethod,
please check if it looks good to everyone.
