Hi,
I have replicated the issue on the local instance by following steps:
1. Navigate to the accounting component.
2. Click on organizational GL settings.
3. Then click on setup and then on the accounting tab.
4. Click on the income statement.
5. Click on Export as PDF
Further, I explored around the issue and found that the issue is with
birt/webapp/accounting/reports/IncomeStatement.rptdesign file. On further
debugging found that under page-setup directive a row with id 12 is creating
indexOutOfBoundException. There is nothing related to java with this row.
Further, I tried to google it but could not found any help. So further need to
explore more on rptDesign.
On removing the whole row the system is successfully creating the pdf file.
Found a similar issue where export pdf report fails and findings on the ticket
are also attached.
