Hii [~rashi.dhagat]
I have been exploring around the issue and as this is the case of anonymous 
checkout, even if we are filling all the information it is giving the same 
error.

I think we get 'No Payment Method Type selected' error because 
paymentMethodType is not set in the cart. I am exploring around it, to get the 
exact cause of the issue.
