as promised, this issue has multiple phases, and a final rc have just been
submitted.
the -final patch is not progressive, but (i so hope) it's the whole fix.
it depends on OFBIZ-11955 final patch
a cleanup phase will follow, that will reduce the size of code and the number
of https calls for each loaded page in this parts of ofbiz.
please check my submission for any regressions.
