Still the error when getting to OFBiz 1st time, ie

This is for both https://localhost:8443/ecomseo and don't need login, and 
https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/login?USERNAME=admin&PASSWORD=ofbiz&JavaScriptEnabled=Y.
 They are both OK when refreshed (F5).

Also I tried SOURCE and "eclipse.exe --launcher.openFile ${sourceLocation}" but 
I don't get anything in Eclipse [Version: 2018-12 (4.10.0)]
