With these modifications, all documents are generated correctly with
* generateOfbizDocumentation
* generateAllPluginsDocumentation
but there are still WARNING for pdf generation about image not found
I have not found why there are these messages, it seem to be a bug on pdf
generation because error message give a incorrect patch (ex:
plugins/birt/src/docs/asciidoc/_include/Report-Builder.png)
