Improved: Update build.gradle to the latest dependencies (OFBIZ-12092)
I crossed new issues with plugins:
I tried to update Solr and Lucene to 8.7.0 but crossed issues (compilation and
Eclipse classpath)
Same for Jersey with 3.0.0 version
