I found some data that I could use but I don't know if it can be contributed to
the project and I would like to ask for some directions/options.
The Romanian government has an official open data program at
[https://data.gov.ro/] .
I found some data sets that can be used to populate OFBiz data for this ticket
however I'm not sure about the license.
The data sets are distributed under this license
[https://data.gov.ro/base/images/logoinst/OGL-ROU-1.0.pdf] - which is an
adaptation/translation of - Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution .
