lookup-dialog

If after a search in the lookup dialog a page number is entered to display the
found hits, the result is displayed as an independent page without theme and
not in the lookup dialog.
To reproduce this:
* go to catalog
* Lookup product (lookup-dialog is open)
* search for products which contains 0 in productId
* enter 2 for pagenumber and press enter
* the lookup-dialog disappears and your results are shown on the screen
without a theme
