The problem only arises when coming from the HR main page. When you get
directly to
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/humanres/control/EditEmplPosition there are
no problems, at all. I mean even the date-time localisation is respected.
I believe it's because of the Javascript context. Maybe because of
humanres/template/category/CategoryTree.ftl usage. It could also be because
humanres/widget/CommonScreens.xml#CommonEmplPositionDecorator is not called.
I also noticed that at
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/findreturn the date-time
localisation is NOT respected. I'll create another issue for that...
