Currently the menu-item 'sendPerEmail' is included in the 'InvoiceTabBar' menu.
This menu-item should, however, be included in the 'InvoiceSubTabBar' menu, as
that menu is intended to house menu-items that are intended to enable the user
to perform actions on the subject at hand (the invoice), such as:
* copy the invoice (Copy)
* create a PDF from the invoice (PDF)
* change status of the invoice
* etc.
