UserLoginId "auditor" is associated with a UserLoginSecurityGroup record (in
demo datasets) where the groupId="VIEWADMIN". However, This
UserLoginSecurityGroup record (in demo datasets) is not associated with a
SecurityGroupPermission record where permissionId="ACCTG_PREF_VIEW".
