Improved: VIEW permissions - Financial Account Overview (OFBIZ-12434) (#390)
Currently, a user with only 'VIEW' permissions, as demonstrated in trunk demo
with userId = auditor, accessing the Financial Account overview screen, sees
editable fields and/or triggers (to requests) reserved for users with 'CREATE'
or 'UPDATE' permissions.

Modified:
FinAccountScreens.xml - reworked EditFinAccount screen to work with
permissions, additional clean up.
FinAccountForms.xml - added form to be used for VIEW permission users
