The PartyRole "CARRIER" for a party is essential in the facility component,
vis-a-vis shipping in ShipmentServices and in 3rd party logistics integrations
(DHL, FEDEX, UPS, USPS), but also - it seems - in 3rd party payment integration
for PayPal.
