Improved: Fix some bugs Spotbugs reports (OFBIZ-12386)
In PricatParseExcelHtmlThread::storePricatFile try to fixes a possible null
dereferencement but does not work (weird).
The error is NP_NULL_ON_SOME_PATH_FROM_RETURN_VALUE
In OpenApiUtil::getSchemaForEntity fixes a possible null dereferencement
