Yes I thought about that. I like you idea of 17.12.09 and will compare the
effort vs rewriting the draft. It should not be difficult, IIRW it's mostly
changes in build.gradle files.
Of course, as for the current proposed draft
bq. document for a warning draft to be sent 6 months before the next release
