Improved: Use gradlew npm_outdated gradle-node-plugin taks to check outdated
scripts (OFBIZ-12480)
Forgot to put back _form in OfbizUtil.js. THis is necessary for query-ui
(1.13.0)

Coincidentally removes trailing blanks
