I missed to add
{{<dataDir>${ofbiz.home}/runtime/indexes/solr/products/</dataDir>}} in
solrconfig.xml as explained at
https://solr.apache.org/guide/solr/latest/configuration-guide/index-location-format.html#specifying-a-location-for-index-data-with-the-datadir-parameter
and to remove {{dataDir=data}} from core.properties
BTW I wonder how many people are using Solr as it's in OFBiz...
