OK, I was somehow confused by the changes. Actually I moved the Manufacturing
Rules" menu as mentionned in the title. What I did not is changes in
BomScreens.xml.

Adding "Manufacturing Rules" menu to the top menu seems a good idea to me, not
removing it from the BOM page sub-menu. I handled that by hand, closing
