This fix has been committed with the fix commit made for issue OFBIZ-9361: that
was because two issues were strictly related, since the fix to the service
deleteContactListParty was necessary to correctly exec the newsletter multiple
subscription checks.
I will link the two issues and for now its fixed in trunk.
I will soon handle the backport.
