Fixed: updateProductAverageCostOnReceiveInventory (OFBIZ-12728)
Due to a typo the updateProductAverageCostOnReceiveInventory function can't
expire an old ProductAverageCost record of a product on new inventory receipt.
Modified: CostServices.groovy
fixed typo in function updateProductAverageCostOnReceiveInventory
