Improved: updates developers page (OFBIZ-12872)
Simplifies the update of the releaseVersionNumber to use.
No longer needed to change that when making a new release.
It will still be needed when changing the branch.
Still php2html.sh changing things in HTML file I did not in PHP
(formatting and replacing with tabs)
