OFBiz does not allow non-empty pdf files to be uploaded. When trying to store
invoices for example this is problematic because nowadays many of them contain
metadata in an attached xml file (see ZUGFeRD).
It would be nice to be able to store files with valid metadata without setting
{*}allowAllUploads=true{*}.
