I tested on Brave, Chrome, Firefox, I have the same behavior on facility
creation on stable OFBiz demo, with the string `255 000`, for both "en" and
"fr" locale. I don't know why I did not reproduce on my machine with "fr"
locale earlier today though. Maybe this is due to differences between trunk on
the demo stable branch ?
