[~jleroux]I fixed SonarQube errors, and switched to NPM to include
daterangepicker, and moment + moment-with-locales
(https://www.npmjs.com/package/moment-with-locales-es6,
https://www.npmjs.com/package/moment-timezone).
I also removed
/themes/common-theme/webapp/common-theme/js/plugins/moment-timezone, and
modified /themes/common-theme/webapp/common-theme/js/util/setUserTimeZone.js,
accordingly (no more dynamic import before calling moment.ts.guess).
SonarQube is clean, Hooray.
I will add a demo in the example plugin ASAP.
