At https://github.com/apache/ofbiz-framework/pull/883/files jovelromeo proposed
to enhance the way OFBiz handles null requests in appendContentPrefix.
bq. If no.http is enable the best-bet behavior should probably be to use secure
prefix.
I consider this a bug so will backport it. Unfortunately the PR is based on
18.12 branch and does not apply in trunk (and anyway have formatting issues).
Fortunately the patch is simple and can be easily manually adapted and copied.
