Summary: Switch readers for various Jobs from seed to demo

There are currently various Jobs getting loaded as seed data that appear to be
demo entries. Some even have comments stating just that. The readers should be
either changed from seed to demo or the corresponding Data moved to already
existing Demo.xml files dependig on the component
