Resolution: Invalid
Closing this issue for now as there does not appear to be a confirmed business
requirement for managing {{OrderPaymentPreference}} in the purchase order flow.
I could not find any related discussion on the user or developer mailing lists
that establishes the expected behavior for PO payments.
