The maximumAmountUomId applies to maximumAmount field on CustRequestItem
entity.
It can be see in ViewRequestItemInfo.ftl file.
Overtime, the screen stopped using ftl in favor of using Form widgets. The form
widget based UI does not use maximumAmountUomId for decorating maximumAmount
field on CustRequestItem.
