*Summary*
As discussed on the mailing list, this ticket is to introduce basic support for
the Inventory Cycle Count feature in Apache OFBiz. This is the first phase to
establish the core data model and service layer.
*Objectives*
- Data Model: Define entities for InventoryCount, Items, Variance, and Status
history.
- Seed Data: Add standard statuses (In-Progress, Completed, Cancelled) and
transitions.
- Security: Implement permissions for VIEW, CREATE, UPDATE, and ADMIN
operations.
- Services: Implement basic CRUD services using the entity-auto engine.
*Goal*
Provide a standardized way to orchestrate physical inventory counts and record
variances without disrupting warehouse operations.
