My interpretation of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LEGAL-626 is that we should use the special header we agreed in LEGAL-626 for any code that is partially or fully derived from Akka. Noone minds too much about new classes. Ideally, we should use the standard ASL header (as you have done here).
