On the note of actually providing a solution, having a re-think on this I think that even though the `IODispatcher` has the deadlocking issue it appears its the best we can do now, after all there is only so much you can do to hide the inherit issues that come with underlying blocking operations. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
