My interpretation of PJ's proposal was that we'd run the build and the unit tests with the latest JDK, and then do a separate 'integration test' against the published snapshot jars. That sounds attractive to me, as such 'full' integration tests would be useful in its own right. Perhaps they wouldn't need to be ran on PR validation at all, even, but on a nightly/weekly schedule (and span multiple projects, too). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
