The reality is that akka has stated themselves they are not interested in 
fixing bugs for lightbend config where as sconfig has that committment.

The main reason I am seeing why akka has not dropped sconfig is because they 
haven't released a breaking change of akka since the license change to BSL 
license so they are stuck with typesafe config until they release a breaking 
change of akka
