@raboof is ok to leave the Gradle Plugin publish to be something that the Release Manager does manually, for now? https://github.com/apache/pekko-site/wiki/Pekko-gRPC-Release#gradle-plugin It looks reasonable complicated to get the signing sorted out in the CI plan.
