@jrudolph I'm pretty neutral about merging #961. Is there something that we could do with that change so that it only changes the behaviour for use cases like this percent-encoded query string issue as opposed to changing the behaviour for issues with pseudo-headers and other use cases where 961 breaks our HTTP/2 integration tests? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
