Head commit for run: 1b94161d29f60e45127f6431a322d46aa1f79ec3 / PJ Fanning <[email protected]> CI: update pinned action versions across all workflows Follow-up to the previous commit, which fixed only the two workflows that were failing at startup. The rest of the workflows carried the same stale pins, plus several different SHAs for the same actions. All workflows now use one version of each: - sbt/setup-sbt -> c7d2d62 (v1.5.8), replacing v1.1.18 and v1.1.19 - coursier/cache-action -> 95e5b10 (v8.1.1), replacing three older SHAs - actions/checkout -> v7.0.1, replacing v6 and a pinned v5.0.1 The cache-action version comments were also wrong on both branches: the SHA pinned as '# v6.4.7' is v8.0.1, and the new one is v8.1.1, not v6.4.7. Comments now match the tag the SHA actually belongs to, verified against the upstream tag list. No build or test configuration is changed, only action versions.
