### Motivation The `amqp` docker-compose service pins `rabbitmq:3`, which resolves to RabbitMQ 3.13 — a series that has reached end of life. RabbitMQ 4.x is the current supported series. ### Modification Bump the `amqp` service image in `docker-compose.yml` from `rabbitmq:3` to `rabbitmq:4` (currently 4.3.x). ### Result The AMQP integration tests run against a supported RabbitMQ version. ### Tests - Not run locally - Docker unavailable in this environment; the `connectors (amqp)` CI integration job starts this service (`docker compose up -d amqp`) and runs the AMQP test suite against it. ### References None - test docker image maintenance -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
