Build: Pekko HTTP 1.4.1 and stop deprecations failing the build

Motivation:
This branch already moves Pekko core to 1.7.1, but Pekko HTTP was left on
1.1.0. Keeping the two in step means moving Pekko HTTP to 1.4.1 as well.

Newer Pekko releases deprecate APIs that this branch still calls, and Java
compilation runs with -Werror under CI, so every new deprecation in an
upstream release turns the test compile into a hard failure. That makes
routine dependency bumps on a maintenance branch far more disruptive than
they need to be - a deprecation is advisory, not a defect.

Modification:
 - PekkoHttpDependency.currentVersion 1.1.0 -> 1.4.1. PekkoHttpBinaryVersion
is derived from it, so the doc base URLs follow automatically. Like Pekko
core 1.7.1, this release is currently only in the ASF staging repository,
which the build resolvers already cover.
 - project/Common.scala passes -Xlint:-deprecation and -Xlint:-removal to
javac, so deprecated and marked-for-removal usages stay informational
notes instead of warnings that -Werror escalates to errors. Every other
-Xlint category stays fatal under CI. The commented-out "JDK 11"
-Xlint:removal line is dropped now that removal is explicitly disabled.

Result:
The build compiles against Pekko HTTP 1.4.1, and deprecations introduced by
future Pekko or third-party upgrades no longer break the build.

Tests:
 - No local test run. A CI=true sbt "print
   aws-spi-pekko-http/compile/javacOptions" "amqp/Test/compile"
"cassandra/Test/compile" "udp/Test/compile" run was started to exercise
the CI -Werror path locally but was cancelled before it finished, so this
   relies on CI.
 - No behavioural change, so no new tests.
