In stream tests the default mailbox rejects actors from the org.apache.pekko.stream package on the default dispatcher, so the actor failed to start and the test timed out. Modification: Create the test actor with `withDispatcher("pekko.test.stream-dispatcher")`, as other stream tests do. Result: The actor starts and the test can check the materializer attributes.
