### Motivation Selected APIs retain May change prose despite already lacking the corresponding annotations in Pekko. ### Modification Propose stability for the explicitly listed APIs in the stability documentation and remove their obsolete Scaladoc warnings. Keep the snapshot-starting query APIs marked as evolving. ### Result The stability decision is explicit and documentation is consistent; signatures and runtime behavior do not change.
