akka-persistence-jdbc 5.3.0 includes https://github.com/akka/akka-persistence-jdbc/pull/764 (fixes akka/akka-persistence-jdbc#673). It changes `OracleReadJournalDao` in the legacy query DAO to filter with `"deleted" = 0` instead of `"deleted" = 'false'`, because Oracle has no boolean type. It also removes the `pendingIfOracleWithLegacy()` skips from the events-by-tag tests. The same code is still in `core/src/main/scala/org/apache/pekko/persistence/jdbc/query/dao/legacy/ByteArrayReadJournalDao.scala` on `main`. This change only touches legacy-schema support. #621 removes legacy schema support for 2.0.0, so we may not want any changes to the legacy code on `main`: - If #621 merges, close this issue as not needed. - If #621 does not land for 2.0.0, port #764 to `main`.
