### Motivation The Amazon Keyspaces example sets `basic.request.consistency = LOCAL_QUORUM`, but the plugin's `pekko-persistence-cassandra-profile` sets `consistency = QUORUM` in `reference.conf`, which overrides it for every journal and snapshot request. The example also does not show the truststore settings that `DefaultSslEngineFactory` needs for the Keyspaces TLS endpoint. ### Modification Port of akka/akka-persistence-cassandra#1029 (Akka Persistence Cassandra 1.2.0, Apache 2.0 since its change date 2026-10-25), adapted to Pekko: - Add a `profiles.pekko-persistence-cassandra-profile` block setting `LOCAL_QUORUM` (upstream uses the Akka profile name). - Add `truststore-path`, `truststore-password` and `hostname-validation` to the `ssl-engine-factory` example. - Add a sentence explaining why the profile override is needed.
