### Problem
The MySQL example on the Configuration page
(`docs/src/main/paradox/config.md`, from
`docs/src/test/resources/application-mysql.conf`) puts the two settings that
the MySQL dialect requires inside the `connection-factory` block:
```hocon
pekko.persistence.r2dbc {
dialect = "mysql"
connection-factory {
driver = "mysql"
...
db-timestamp-monotonic-increasing = on
use-app-timestamp = on
}
}
```
The plugins read these settings from `pekko.persistence.r2dbc` (for example
`journal.use-app-timestamp = ${pekko.persistence.r2dbc.use-app-timestamp}` in
`reference.conf`), so inside `connection-factory` they have no effect. Copying
the documented config fails at startup with `use-app-timestamp config must be
on for MySQL support`.
### Fix
Move both settings out of `connection-factory`, directly under
`pekko.persistence.r2dbc`:
```hocon
pekko.persistence.r2dbc {
dialect = "mysql"
connection-factory {
driver = "mysql"
...
}
db-timestamp-monotonic-increasing = on
use-app-timestamp = on
}
```

Introduced with the snippet in #175.
