Behaviors.transformMessages called build() directly on the wildcard result of the selector, which Scala 2.13 compiled to Object.build() and threw NoSuchMethodError at runtime. The Scala 3 binary compatibility check also found two LoggingTestKit generic signature changes that had no excludes. Modification: Ascribe the selector result to PFBuilder before calling build(). Add MiMa excludes for LoggingTestKit.custom and withCustom. Result: TransformMessagesJavaBehaviorSpec runs again and the Scala 3 MiMa check passes. Tests: sbt actor-typed/compile; Scala 3.3.8 mimaReportBinaryIssues for actor-typed, actor-testkit-typed, cluster-typed, cluster-sharding-typed and persistence-typed. TransformMessagesJavaBehaviorSpec is left to CI.
