The mixed versions trip Pekko's version check when the ActorSystem starts. Modification: Set the Pekko version to 2.0.0 in the build.gradle and pom.xml of plugin-tester-java and plugin-tester-scala. Result: The plugin testers use a single Pekko version, matching the sbt build.
